Vinification: The climate is typically Mediterranean, warm and sunny with low rainfall. Winters are mild, summers are hot and the usual drought condition fully matures the grapes.

Cellaring: 1-2 years

 

Tasting note: Dazzling garnet ruby colour with a good intensity. Very pleasant nose, rich and complex with a fruity taste and spices. Delicious in the mouth it feels fluid and smooth with a great complexity.

 

Food: filet of beef, red meat, game dishes, venison.
