Our solar energy system is capable of storing energy in special metal tanks for long periods of time (12 months or more). During this time, only 5-10% of the heat is lost. This allows for the use of energy during long winter months where there is little or no sun. These tanks last up to 60 years or more. Because of the systems high efficiency, it is possible to run large operations with a small footprint and low cost. It is even possible to run large cities from a energy generating plant about the size of 3 football fields.
