The wooden frame of WW bed bases is made of steamed birch plywood. The WW bed bases can be used as a normal sofa base, for it may have from 4 to 9 legs (depending on the base size).
The WW 1 type bed base is fully made of steamed birch plywood (including the legs). The anti-noise slat holders are placed on the top of the wooden frame and are attached by 3 staples (cramps) 18 mm in length. The WW 1 may come in 2 versions: single-(4 legs) and double-bed base (6 legs)
The angle legs (46x35 mm) are attached to the wooden frame 60x24 by 2 screw bolts with screw nuts and washers (6 mm in diameter). For double bed bases we added 4 supporting legs, attached by screws 7x50 mm, which ensure high reliability of the bed base.
